She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment for patients while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. In her role, Rachel is committed to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every patient, combining her administrative expertise with a dedication to excellent customer service.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as caring for her horses, dogs, and cat. She values a balanced life and enjoys the companionship of her animals while managing a busy family life.
